Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens, scent preferences, textures, and colors before ordering.
- We cannot accept returns if you experience a reaction to any of our products. Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test.
- We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
During the summer months we do our best to ship products likely to melt or return to a liquid state in packaging designed to prevent or minimize this from happening. However, some products may still arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state and refunds will not be issued based on product consistency upon arrival. If your product arrives in a melted or liquid state please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
However, if you receive any broken or damaged items, please contact us at info.alkamie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly reship the damaged items at no extra cost. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. Thank you for your understanding.
