Our products are handcrafted, with a lot of attention to detail. Production times vary according to seasonal order volume. Our current processing time is typically 3-5 business days before shipment. 

While we will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your item, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Alka-mie is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. Shipping does not include insurance.

Shipping Service Mistakes:

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and accurately. However, we understand that unforeseen shipping issues may occur, which are beyond our control. Therefore, we would like to inform our valued customers of our policy regarding reshipments for any mistakes made by shipping services.

Alka-mie will, however, do its best to support customers in resolving such issues by providing any necessary documentation or evidence of shipment, if available.
