Wet application: create a lather with soap and gently massage over body to cleanse.
Dry application: Dry brush before showering or bathing on dry skin.
Apply body oil and start at your feet and brush upward toward your heart using long, smooth strokes. You can also use wide, circular motions. Use light pressure on sensitive skin and more pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet. Brush each area 6–10 times, or two or three times total. Brush toward lymphatic drain areas like your armpits, belly, and groin. For your belly, brush in a clockwise motion.
Rinse off the dead skin cells in the shower. You can also stand in the shower to make cleanup easier. After dry brushing, moisturize your skin with a vitamin-rich lotion while your skin is still damp to help rehydrate it.
